Paul Rosenich

Graduated in electrical engineering and opto-electronics. He has been working in the field of intellectual property rights for over 30 years. Before founding Patentbuero Paul Rosenich AG in 1998, he was employed in the patent and trade mark departments of different industrial companies (electrical engineering, tires and technical rubber articles, ski-bindings), and worked as an independent patent searcher in Austria and Germany. He worked from 1987 until 1997 as an authorized officer at Patentbuero Buechel and Partner AG and at Technolizenz AG and passed the European Qualification Examination in 1993. He taught patent law at the Fachhochschule Liechtenstein and is tutor for questions of law concerning the European Patent Convention at CEIPI (University of Strasbourg). He is Chairman of the Disciplinary committee of epi (European Patent Institute) and Executive Committee Member for Liechtenstein in the UNION.
