Joachim Künsch Dipl. Ing. FH, Swiss Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, CMO Joachim Künsch Graduated in civil engineering and worked as a civil engineer for some years. After successfully completing the Master of Advanced Studies in Intellectual Property at the ETH Zurich in 1998/1999, he changed his profession to a patent attorney. Worked as a Swiss patent attorney in a wellknown Swiss Patent Law Firm for some years. Joined the Hilti Aktiengesellschaft as an industrial patent attorney from 2002 till 2009. His area of expertise was the writing and worldwide defense of patent applications and the therewith assigned consulting of inventors. He passed the European Qualifying Examination in 2008. He joined Patentbüro Paul Rosenich AG in autumn 2009.
